Anxiety Therapy for Adults
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which are consistently shown to be the most effective treatments for anxiety and depressive disorders. During individual sessions with me we will work together to understand the thoughts and feelings that are guiding your behaviors in unhelpful ways. We will then work to change those patterns in session. I will also give you guidance for how to continue this work on your own after a therapy session has ended.
