Not all patients are able to make in-person therapy appointments. When appropriate, I offer therapy on a HIPPA-Compliant video chat service. Tele-therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy in helping you understand and break your cycle of anxiety or OCD. I am licensed in Texas and able to provide specialty-therapy services to people anywhere within the state of Texas.
