Weekly Therapy for Adults

Hourly sessions treating OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and related conditions

Weekly Therapy for Children and Adolescents

Hourly sessions treating OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and related concerns for individuals from ages 5-17. Families are included as needed.

Intensive Outpatient Therapy

Intensive therapy for three hours a day, five days a week for ages 12 and up with moderate to severe OCD and anxiety.

Full Day Intensive Therapy for Adults

Personalized treatment plans addressing severe to extreme OCD or anxiety lasting three to five consecutive days. During these days you will work with me for the full day in various settings.

Full-Day Intensive Therapy for Adolescents

Personalized short-term intensive treatment plans for children as young as 12 with OCD or anxiety. Families are included as needed.
