What is Failure to Launch Syndrome?

Failure to Launch Syndrome is a catchall term that describes adult children who have difficulty thriving without parental support. Children may live at home, not work or be under-employed, or otherwise not live up to their full potential. Often times therapeutic intervention may help young adults develop the interpersonal skills, coping skills, and motivation to achieve to their fullest potential.
